Need to return something to us for a refund?
It couldn’t be easier with our 3 step returns.
As long as the item is unused, still has it’s packaging & you send it back within 60 days from it arriving with you.
Step 1: Package the item up in a suitable box or postage bag (anything to keep the item safe on it’s way back to us).
Step 2: Include the invoice we sent you, if you no longer have the invoice then a note with your name & full address will do just fine.
Step 3: Take it to your local Royal Mail post office, we always suggest using a tracked or recorded shipping service.
